She+ Post-pregnancy is composed of a set of high-quality bioactive vitamins, minerals and active substances that allow the young mother to quickly regain energy and mental and physical well-being.
Pregnancy is a wonderful time, both emotionally and metabolically. However, it is very stressful for the pregnant woman’s body. After childbirth, the young mother often suffers from severe fatigue (deficiencies of nutrients drawn by the foetus, iron deficiency after childbirth, sleep deprivation). She often faces other inconveniences such as a temporary drop in morale, duller skin and hair loss. The young mother must, therefore, replenish her nutrient reserves in order to embrace this new life with enthusiasm.
She+ Post-pregnancy has been specially formulated to give the young mother a boost of vitamins and minerals so that she can regain strength, vitality and beauty. She+ Post-pregnancy contains all the active vitamins and minerals that are easily absorbed by the body (optimum bioavailability) to provide the young mother with the necessary nutrients and energy to revitalise herself.
Health Benefits
The increased level of hormones during pregnancy boosts hair growth (thicker hair, less hair loss). After childbirth, hormone loss sometimes leads to dull hair and more severely, hair loss. Cysteine and methionine are two amino acids that contribute to the fundamental structure of nails and hair: keratin. Vitamin B8, selenium, copper and zinc contribute to the maintenance of healthy hair.
Hyaluronic acid and coenzyme Q10 are naturally present in the skin. Hyaluronic acid plays an essential role in the skin’s hydration, elasticity and radiance. In addition, vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen to guarantee the normal function of the skin and vitamins B2, B5, B8, zinc, copper and iodine contribute to the maintenance of healthy skin. All of these nutrients will help to quickly restore good elasticity to the skin of the abdomen after childbirth.
Vitamin B2, B5, B6, B9, B12, C, magnesium and iron help reduce fatigue. Similarly, magnesium, iron, vitamins B1, B2, B5 and C contribute to normal energy metabolism.
It is essential to replenish iron reserves following post-partum blood loss. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. In order for the body to properly assimilate it, we have added vitamin C to the supplement which increases iron absorption as well as vitamin B2 which contributes to the normal metabolism of iron.
The immune system also weakens during pregnancy. Copper, iron, zinc, selenium, vitamins B9, B6, B12, C and D contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, which is essential for maintaining a good condition.
The foetus consumes large amounts of calcium during pregnancy. To prevent hypocalcaemia, the young mother must replenish her calcium reserves. Calcium is necessary to maintain a healthy bone structure. In addition, vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium by the body, and to normal calcium levels.
Some nutrients can help prevent mild postnatal depression (baby blues). Omega-3 fatty acids, especially DHA, contribute to the normal functioning of the brain. Vitamin B1, B6, B8, B9, B12, C and magnesium contribute to normal psychological functions.

The right nutrients to restore your energy
After childbirth, the young mother’s body is exhausted and emotions are strong.
This fatigue is due, to the depletion of the mother’s nutrient reserves which the foetus needed for its development during the nine months of pregnancy, to the stress of childbirth and to blood loss. From the moment the baby is born, the mother suffers from sleep deprivation, on top of which breastfeeding can draw a lot of energy from the young mother.
A healthy, varied and balanced diet is essential for women who have just given birth to a child. Additional nutrients in the form of dietary supplements are particularly useful to augment the diet. She+ Post-Pregnancy has been specially formulated to provide each young mother the necessary nutrients to regain the tone, energy, mental strength and radiance she needs.
Nutritional advice for mothers of babies and young children
In order to have the necessary energy to get fit again, it is not advisable to go on a diet after pregnancy to lose weight. A varied, balanced and nutritious diet is essential. Women who have just given birth have a greater need for specific nutrients.
Iron: After childbirth, blood loss is considerable, so the young mother is more likely to suffer from iron deficiency and to feel very tired. Meat, poultry, fish, but also legumes and leafy green vegetables are a good source of iron. Vitamin C, present in brightly coloured fruits and vegetables, ensures better iron absorption.
Cysteine and methionine: Hormone loss, especially oestrogen loss after childbirth, can lead to hair loss. The amino acids cysteine and methionine are important precursors of keratin and are, therefore, useful to facilitate regrowth and strengthen hair.
Hyaluronic acid and Coenzyme Q10 support healthy skin. Hyaluronic acid is found in lean meats, cod-liver oil, fruits (citrus fruits, red fruits) and vegetables. Fish rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are essential to recover and increase the coenzyme Q10 levels. Chicken, peanuts, broccoli, spinach, tofu, oranges and strawberries are rich in coenzyme Q10.
Essential fatty acids: These nutrients are essential for hormonal balance and proper brain function. Oily fish, nuts and seeds, avocados, olives and egg yolk are good sources of healthy fats.
